Staying with a host family in the United States is the first option that you should consider. LSI United States homestay program is instrumental to your success in learning English. By living with an American host family while studying English, you will have the opportunity to engage in conversation while you experience a new lifestyle and culture.
In Berkeley, Boston, New York, and San Diego, LSI has a dedicated Homestay Coordinator on staff. The Homestay Coordinator is in charge of visiting and carefully selecting host families as well as assisting students. Our host families offer friendly, comfortable surroundings and play a central role in your learning experience.
Regular homestay periods are from your arrival on the weekend preceding your start date at LSI to the weekend after your course is complete. According to your arrival and departure dates, we can arrange additional nights for you at your request.

Carefully fill out the accommodation application form so that we can match you with a suitable family. You will receive your host family information a few weeks prior to your arrival.
If you require airport pick-up, take advantage of LSI Meet & Greet service. LSI will arrange for the host family or a representative of the school to meet with you at the airport.
