The courses are designed for those who want to learn a new language or further develop their present skills for personal, educational or professional reasons. You can choose either the Standard 20 Course (4 lessons per day) or the Intensive 30 Course (6 lessons per day).

The Standard 20 Course is the ideal program for students interested
in combining language studies with other activities. During the lessons,
students will learn communication skills in a variety of everyday situations. In the afternoons students can use their new skills on their own or take advantage of our social program.

The LSI Intensive 30 Course is of particular benefit for those who need to maximize their opportunities to practice and learn English. The emphasis is on speaking and other communicative skills. In the morning the course is the same as the Standard course. In the afternoon, students concentrate on special topics and projects, with a focus on communicative skills.
These lessons provide a comprehensive review of the culture and customs of the United States. Students who have reached the intermediate level can take the TOEFL® preparation or Modular Business course in the afternoon.
Plus Courses
In addition to the group lessons, either 5 (PLUS 5) or 10 (PLUS 10) private lessons are available (one plus lesson equals
50 minutes).
The combination of group and private lessons is especially useful if, in addition to general language learning, you need to develop or improve
particular skills. We will develop an individual teaching plan with
you. This will enable you to concentrate on your own specific needs. This course can be taken with the LSI Standard 20, LSI Intensive 30 or LSI
Mini Group Course.
EB - English for Business
This is an afternoon option on LSI Intensive 30 course or
International School Year course. LSI has developed a special
12 module course designed to rapidly improve your business
communication skills. In each one-week, self-contained module,
through a combination of written exercises, dialogues &
role-plays in realistic business situations, you will practice and
improve your skills in: business vocabulary and "buzz
words", email, memo and letter writing, negotiating,
interviewing and telephoning in English.
